    Hi all,

just wondering, I just got my third conditional offer. It's from Aston University on Multimedia Computing, but I'm a little confused.

The condition is that I achieve at least a DDM on my current BTEC, but it also says:

"English Language test approved by this University, such as:

IGCSE English (min. grade C); TOEFL grade 550 (213 in the

computer based test); or IELTS grade 6.0 (with a minimum of

    5.5 in each test)."

I can't find what any of these are, however, from what I found IGCSE is international GCSE and should be equivalent to my GCSE?

But i've just checked, and I only have a B in English Literature, and nothing for English Language =[

Also, no colleges in my area teach English Language, only English Literature, so does that mean I am pretty much screwed? =[ Really hope not because I loved the look of Aston :\

Just do TOEFL, as you're English, it'll be easy http://www.ets.org/toefl/

It is usually for International students or those who have English as a second language. If you need further advice, do post again and we will try to help.
