    Hi guys,

Just wondering if you need to leave a blank line between paragraphs in your PS? I just took all the blank lines out, whilst it doesn't look as nice at least everything fits in there now.

    You don't need to, no.

I strongly advise you to leave blank lines between paragraphs. It make the PS much more readable for the admissions tutor (who is, after all, the most important person in the process as far as you are concerned) and signals the structure of the document. Presentation is just as important as the words, and I have yet to see a PS that couldn't be improved by cutting it down.
