    Hi there,

Could someone please explain to me (in layman's terms) the definition of 'exponential growth' and 'exponential decay'; using a sketch to aid your answer. It's a question on an old C3 paper and the mark scheme's handwritten and i can't make out the answer. :o:

    Cheers.

Exponential growth is growth which follows the shape of the exponential curve.
