I lack motivation to work out these days Watch

    Due to fact most girls seem to think I have a good/decent body and im not anorexic looking anymore

    I always wanted to be muscular as I was skinny and underweight 8.5 stone but now I am older my body seems to maintain a kinda model type skinny but muscular defined look 10-11 stone with a regular diet and litte infrequent exercise

    Its funny as I spent like 2-3 years eatign 6 meals per day doing weights 3x per week to put on over 40lbs

    I wanted to be muscular and 12-13 stone but really why bother?

    I can get girls and I can play football and I can be lazy..adding an extra 2 stone off muscle wont enhance my life at all...I doubt?

    It was different when I was 8.5 stone that was embarassing

    I gues my metabolism slowed down or something?

    Like i never drink or go to pubs clubs etc these days not that i like it anyway

    So, I may as well keep fit and something to do

    OH NOES!!!! Not THREE times a week!!! That's CRAZY!

    OP, if you don't want to go the gym anymore, fine. Don't go. Why are you crying about it here?

    well actually I developed my own time efficient/effective plan that I can do in my house

    it involves 3 short workouts:

    A:
    200 bodyweight squats warm up
    3*12 sets of bar dips (current max)
    3*10 sets of chin ups (my currrent max)
    1*30 incline push ups (max)
    ab work

    B:
    squats
    3*6 military press
    3*6 barbell row
    1*30 incline push ups
    ab work

    C:
    squats
    3*12 bar dips
    5*5 pull ups (current max)
    1*30 incline push ups
    ab work

    1-2 days of tabata interval sprints (5-8mins incluiding warm up)


    As for diet I eat:

    tuna/spinach/olive oil
    chicken/vege/olive oil
    peanut butter
    eggs/sausage
    1-4 whey protein shakes (Around workouts and before bed)
    some fruit

    Eat whatever at weekends



    Maybe its a bit strict?
