Well a lot of banks supposedly pay interns the same rates as new grads, so you mean even interns are on 40k pro rata?
As an intern I am on 42k pro rata

Can't speak for all banks, and I'm not exactly sure that all the banks pay interns the same rates as new grads, but from what I've heard from 2010 interns is that yes, they'll be getting the same base as grads.
RBS pays less than new grads, still plenty tho

yep. im on 40k pro rata + 2k relocation immediately. But from what i hear, its less than what the grad role gets. Over at RBS its 48k + 10k from what i gather..(this is all markets and FO)

back to this report. i doubt that it can be trusted at all. the figures for exotics/strucutured for 2008 should be much lower than those for flow. also equity derivs was much less than stated in the report.
