    When you wake up - do a brief 10/20 mins excercise.

    Eat brown bread and pasta ect - slowly release energy throughout the day, keeps you going

    Get your vitamins/take some.

    With regular sleeping ect, you should be fine.
    Now get off TSR and get to bed :love:
