    Such a pointless argument considering the Gov't will give aid to any nation, because we're human for God's sake! Who cares if Nick Griffin said we shouldn't give any money to Haiti, because Nick Griffin is the Devil in disguise. He is NEVER going to be elected, hence his opinions and his views are about as valuable and significant as a pile of turd. This thread is just showing how polarised this country is because there are those that actually want to help others, and should be applauded, and there are cynical, racist misanthropists who don't want to be associated with anyone that isn't white. Of course we should help out Haiti! If this kind of disaster happened to England, would you understand if every other country refused to help because of their petty financial problems? No, I doubt you would.

    I think that just misses the target completely..

    I've contributed to a Haiti fund on a poker site which has set up special funding. I made the conscious decision to take some of MY money and give it to a Haiti fund.

    The government taxes me through the nose then ships my money to another country when;

    1. Ours has problems which haven't been dealt with

    2. I haven't been asked

    Can i direct two questions to those passionately apposed to Nick Griffin;

    1. What is his education?

    2. Have you ever met him first hand, and experienced his racism?

    Because if not your relying on newspaper sources right? Aren't they controlled by the government? I can certainly see a potential reason for them to put a spin on the BNP's actions.

    Of course i'm just taking the other side, because nobody seems to give it much clear thought. It seems as if you believe all that you read in the newspaper because the government approves of it? :yes:

    Strongly disagree. I think it is utter selfishness if we do not give aid to those that need it, surely much more than we do.

    But to be honest, i do think 6million is gonna send us into a massive recess.. Wait a second, the country's already royally ******? £6mil isn't going to have a detrimental effect on Britain, because it can't really get much worse lol. And it would go to help so many people in such intense immediate danger, that I don't think there's much of a competition over where the money should be distributed.
    Btw, I'm not sure why I ranted so much earlier, but I saw the name 'Nick Griffin' and my heart rate increased dramatically and I just felt an unexpected wave of pure rage. :-D
