It'll come back to you sooner or later :yep:
well my lecturer said my build project at the end of the year won't interfere with any matches, and that's on a friday (i'm guessing the 18th of june), so it shouldn't clash

:sigh: egypt are just hassling ghana out of possession

and ghana doesn't know how to shoot

Interesting chat on the sleep pattern. Does it work?

I wonder how long it takes for the body to adjust to a biphasic pattern. Ideally it would suit me fine since I commute to uni and enjoy staying up late.

I started yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to fully adapt yet, but I have one nap at 6pm for 90 minutes, and then a core sleep for 3 hours at 3am. (Naps should ideally be multiples of 90 minutes).
When I woke up after my 90 minute one yesterday, I felt good as hell :yep: Though my alarm didn't wake me up at 6, rather 8 in the morning. So idk.

Do it with me :ahee: From what I've heard, it works really well.

I don't want to test it when clinics are on. I can't miss patient work, my Uni is heinously strict on attendance. If I told you how strict you'd be shocked. But report back after a couple of weks and I'll see... I support you all the way though :top:
