    The two sleeps can be whenever you want, as long as they're a few hours apart. The first one should probably be in the afternoon.

    i meant a core sleep from 3 - 7 in the morning

    then the second bit from 6 - 7:30 in the evening, but i could do it earlier some days

    No, each sleep has to be a multiple of 90 minutes, because you go through cycles when you sleep, so you could do 4.5 hours but not 4.
