I am, the gym helped with making me feel tired. There were some fitties as usual working out :sogood:

I'm just destroyed though, genuinely and my lifts have gone down so so much!

I should've stayed up at 5 tbh. Wonder what polyphasic would be like if you had 4 1.5 hour naps :erm:
4 1.5 hour naps are pointless as you can live off 6 hours core (just).

Only point of a polyphasic sleep pattern is to reduce the time you sleep - that is down to 3-5 hours a day, rather than 6-10 hours.

Having a nap in the afternoon could make living off 6 hours easier to handle, but may not necessarily be beneficial in terms of productivity.

4 hour core and 2 30 minute naps are the base from which you attain benefits.

4 30 minute naps are :yy: but apparently this is one of the most difficult to switch to.

It has like 5 lines coming out if it and 3 interchange circles.

    Also on Victoria and Northern.

    EDIT: 6 lines!
