    i've got four conditional offers and a rejection... i wanted 2 know, dat when i reply 2 these unis, do i hv 2 give only one firm and one insurance..? or can i give one firm and three insurance..? coz i'm not sure which one of them 2 decline..

    It has to be one firm and one insurance maximum...which means in your case you must decline at least two of your offers

    This is true. You do not have to give an insurance if you do not want to.
