heya guys, I applied for a finance summer internship at RBS and I was just wondering am I correct in thinking this would involve quite a diverse experience in all the different finance related departments, from audit to trading?
    thanks for your help

You should probably have done a little research on this first...

Finance is a department in its own right (I'm sure they'll have a description on their website), RBS don't do Audit (to the best of my knowledge!)

Finance within the context of a given bank implies internal affairs. It's certainly not a Front Office position by any means of the imagination. As far as I know, it does involve audit, and RBS may likely sponsor your ACA (I've a feeling this is how most banks function).

If you have front office aspirations, you may find it a little boring, but there's always room to impress once your there.

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
