    Has anyone tried yoga as weight loss and has it worked?

    To burn fat you need a diet consisting of a calorie deficit. Yoga won't burn many calories. You'd be better off doing high intensity cardiovascular exercise and then Yoga as a cool down on the non cardio days.

    yoga isnt great for wight loss, however i find its really good for flexabilty, muscle toning and destressing! the best things for wightloss are cadiovasular excercising such as jogging and cycling, and a healthy diet.
