    I guess you could lose some weight doing yoga but the emphasis is on some - in all honesty we're probably talking about a very small amount.

    Well, it definitely makes you more flexible and more in touch with your boyd, which is definitely good, just generally but I also think that it helps to build more muscle (not sure) which eventually will help you to burn more calories and then lose weight of course. Not really a weightloss thing, more a fitness thing I think....you should try it, it's fun!

    Very very very little, as you said so yourself it's prodominantly about flexibility and recovery.

    Not quite, but it does loosen deep tissue and fascia allowing for further muscle recovery and growth.
