Last night after having sex with my boyfriend (not for the first time), I noticed a bit of blood on his sheets. I didn't say anything at the time because I was embarrassed but I'm wondering if I should mention it. Or should I just let him deal with it and pretend I didn't know? I think it just got pretty rough and I have not been having sex for that long so hopefully it's nothing to worry about but I don't want to gross him out.

If your having sex with your boyfriend then a little bit of blood should not freak him out. Just mention that he might want to wash the sheets a bit.

Yeah it's perfectly normal, if you're embarassed and he is tactful then you won't need to bring it up. if he hasn't changed the sheets next time you go round though...

Blood after intercourse, if you are not a virgin is worth investigating, have you noticed it since, ie spotting in your pants, if you are on the pill this may be a cause, you may have had a small vaginal tear or spotting could indicate the presence of infection. So if it happens agagin maybe worth a trip to the local sexual health clinic.
