I finished my AS levels in 2008 with AAB in maths, physics and chemistry.
Started applying for unis in december but then realized it was too late to apply to cambridge, so i applied to UCL imperial and bristol, and to U of toronto in canada.
made final choice of u of t, got AAA in alevels, and then applied to cambridge physical sciences for a wild try.
i got invited for an interview, attended it and got rejected.
then , due to personal issues, i had to miss my uni final exams, so that made me decide on a forced gap year:stomp:

now my current 2010 UCAS application is
    Aero: Bristol and southampton
    Physics: UCL and Imperial

help needed, and i REALLY dont wanna go for a second gap year,
btw, this may or may not be useful.

Join the club. Another thread title might be helpful for the purposes of this thread, by the way. It's hardly relevant to the actual topic at hand, which is to help you out with your choices..

.. of which I'm not really sure what the problem is..
So, what do you actually need help with?

@ phen, im new to TSR, so excuse if the thread is in the wrong section :P
i am just wondering what to do, now that ive been forced into a gap year and rejected by cambridge.

im not very comfrotable about the london choices due to the increased number of crimes going on(atleast going by what people say), and so , i was looking for suggestions and/or advice on what to do next.

my current choices, : accept any offer from UK universties(if i get any )
: go back to uni of toronto.

so you did your AS levels in 2008 when you were 15, attended uni when you were 16, missed your exams in toronto so now don't go there anymore and want to apply somewhere else? this makes no sense to me. :|

I hear Bolton University is good, the night life is **** so you can concentrate on your studies. If Bolton isnt for you maybe you could try Bradford or South Bank London?

how does doing exams early make one a troll?

and, its just that, i read on my UCAS decision letter from cambridge, contact the college concerned for more information as to why the application was unsuccessful, so i sent a formal request to fitz on the 6th jan, but i havent got a reply yet , so im not sure as to why i was rejected.

also, im not sure which of the universities i should choose:confused:

No need to troll the OP!

OP: Try Southampton Solent, it seems good judging by the information you have given!
