Basically, if you use your full answers in questions that have a follow on, then you'll sometimes get answers slightly out from the back of the book. What i wanna know is that should i use rounded answers in my calculations, are should i just use the ANS button on my calculator.

    p.s I hate the book.

Answers in the backs of books are notoriously unreliable.
In an examination there is usually a recommendation from the exam board to
    1. Express actual answers to an appropriate* number of decimal places.
    2. Use the unrounded answer if its needed in a later part of the question.

*Some exam boards are quite particular about this, others less so. It's best to go onto their web sites and do a search for "significant figures" or a similar term.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
