Can you describe the pain in a bit more detail (throbbing? comes and goes? constant etc?) and say exactly where it is on your stomach area.

it *could* be your appendix?

indeed.

need precise description in order to give advice...
sort of pain, where it spreads to, if it comes on when you do anything in particular, what makes it better, do painkillers dull the pain at all, are you more comfortable lying perfectly still or do you writhe, have you been sick, do u feel sick, do u feel out of breath or is it more like a stitch. can you take a deep breath..?

This is interminable. Use commas if possible so you can be comprehended.

And we're meant to understand what "you you" means?

As someone said, it *could* be your appendix. I had it, apparently one sign of it is if your breath smells of apples. Also when I had it the best way to ease the pain was a bath... but obviously you need it seen to if the pain continues.

Ketosis as a sign of appendicitis? New one to me.

Classic appendicitis symptoms are an initial pain around the umbilical area, moving to the lower right region and becoming much more stabbing and localised. Tenderness, loss of appetite, vomitting and high temp are also common. It will also get MUCH worse quite quickly.

I'm not diagnosing appendicitis right now, it could be absolutely anything.
