I never used to swear at all but since starting uni I swear more. I don't use bad langauge in front of parents but if I've been drinking the f word usualy comes out etc.

I sometimes say f**k or s**t in my head if somthing annoying happens.

I personaly feel common though when I swear I wish I would stop.

I hardly ever swear... I never really see the necessity for it.

I prefer harnessing my vocabulary and imagination.

Sounds like a great swearword to me! I shall henceforth adopt it as part of my vocabulary of expletives... Goes nicely with "pigs' bottoms" actually

Its not but how is anything a swear a word? There a lots of words which don't mean anything but are considered swearing.

I just use Oink instead of swearing at times as its not as rude. But its different as its not expected. It has the shock value swearing is meant to do. Only swearing is so common it has no shock value anymore. Though some people are still offended by it. I get offended when people use the F word every two seconds.

yep I swear, yep think its a poor way of expression, yep feel its the only language some people understand, must admit, had to ask what a skank was though, *grins* cant insult someone if you dont know what the word means and that was a new one to me

I would've thought that ppl would stop swearing by the time they get to uni, usually kids mature loads by then, i guess it can also be the ppl you mix with as well,
