I'm at University at the moment, and am applying to go to another one starting in september (personal reasons) starting in first year again. I'm writing my personal statement now and wondering should I declare I'm at university at the moment or not? will it help or hinder me? as the subject modules I'm taking at the moment are relevant to the course I'm applying for. But on the other hand I don't want them to see it and think I'm being greedy or something. Any advice on the matter would be great. thankyou!!xx

You should mention it. Generally it'll be a small paragraph, probably in before your conclusion at the end. Explain why you're applying to start again, but make sure you mention the positives you can take from the experience, rather than saying "this was terrible, everything was rubbish, worst period of my life, eurgh eurgh uni, blah blah blah" sort of thing.
