On my policy I've stated that I keep my car parked at my house over night, which is true, but say I stayed a friends or even at a hotel and parked my car there, would I still be covered?

I can't really find anything in my policy that clarifies this, anyone here got any answers?

Will you still be covered from what?

I always thought that they only asked that because it reduces the chances of the car being burnt etc.... could be wrong though!

Theft, fire, damage etc. Most policies ask for the address where the car is parked over night (including the insurance company I'm with now), so, I assume it's important :?

You should be. They ask you where the car is usually parked overnight so the odd night when it isn't should be fine.
