i was a student at greenbank high school in southport i had a cruel maths teacher who was basically a barbie doll. she hated me and i hated her. (background info - in classs she would read magazines and tell us to copt off the board she would let us text and listen to music she was ridiculus, i arrived late in the term the first piece of coursework i did she told me to copy it off the board instead of helping me with it. the 2nd she ignored me about these were all for the gcses and the last piece when i asked for help she made no sense)

i passed the maths exam but cos of the coursework i failed the gcse!! i want to be and gcse english teacher but no uni takes key skills level 2 maths

so my question is what can i do about her can i sue or anything? she has ruined my life i resat the gcse and failed again due to coursework
is there anything i can do??
    HELP PLZ!!!

Can you retake it again? Or do an evening class? With a different teacher you will have a much better chance of passing.

Can't you just resit it again? I know my board have got rid of coursework in the past year, so you might not have to do any.
I highly doubt you'd have a leg to stand on with respect to suing her, especially since you could've just done better in the exam to compensate for the low coursework grade.

I went to Greenbank, and I think I know who you are talking about

But I'm not too sure if you could sue her or whatever.

    stop whining for a start.
you didn't have to text or listen to music. You could have been responsible instead of a waster.
How come you failed a retake- whose fault was that?
