# Can somebody solve these for me? (probably easy) watch

1. I know it's probably easy for a lot of you but can somebody solve these for me and state how you got your answers please.
My brains mashed after an overload of work and I just can't think haha

sinx - 2cosx = 0 in interval 0<x<360

8sinx + 5cosx = 0 in interval -180<x<180

Thanks alot!
2. I cbb to solve them D:
Try using this: Tanx=Sinx/Cosx
3. Re-arrange to find tanx. Both of them have two solutions: arctan them using calculator, subtract/add 180 degrees to find other solutions within range.

2/ Apply the same techniques that I did in question 1 and see if you can manage that one by yourself

Hope that helped,

Matty
