Best way to improve cardio whilst weight lifting watch

    Just wondering whats the best way to improve cardio without effecting strength training, e.g. training 3 times a week on weight mon/wed/fri.

    I heard too much cardio/long distance can hurt gains.

    I don't now if it's good or not but I do 20 minutes of cardio and then an hour on the weights, that cardio is more to get my blood pumping and to keep me slim than to improve.

    You can do cardio on days when your not doing weights. You can even do cardio morning/weights evening.

    Aslong as your not going mental and like running marathons, it won't hurt your gains. You'll get fitter, leaner and stronger.
