If you were to say to a guy that he'd lost weight, and that he smelled nice in the same conversation, are you flirting or just being friendly?

It could be a bit of either...If you want to know, ask the girl who did that. But I personally think it's just being friendly. But of course it depends on the expressions and stuff as well.

Well it certainly wasn't sexual if you were like obese, but if she was like, you look good then she may like you.

To a guy? Probably that I'd been concerned about his health, so friendly for me. Especially if I didn't state that the weight change looked good on him and if I didn't give him a good sniff afterwards. :mmm:

Could be either. Same as saying your hair looks nice to someone when they get it cut...it's kind of expected.

i wouldn't say that to just a friend at the risk of sounding like i was flirting. as soon as you say someone of the opposite sex smells nice you move into flirting territory

For me it would be friendly but would depend on the guy, I wouldn't say it to some of my friends because they'd assume I was flirting with them !

    Flirting then.

Not really, but you seem to be trying to persuade us into saying it.
