All Earth Sciences students know. It's imparted to us upon joining the secret Geography-Geology society that rules the world.

    I've already said too much.

No. The energy it produces acts on the atmosphere and not the ground. It produces less energy than electrical storms.

If your going to suggest something at least make it beliveable and not a research station that could not affect large parts of the earths crust.

If you understood anything, you'd realise the earthquake is detrimental to the US if anything. I'm sure they realise the Managua earthquake that rocked Nicaragua was a catalyst for the Nicaraguan 1970's revolution, and considering the volatile nature of Hatai, due to western interventionism, don't want a repeat. Probably why when the USS Carl Vinson finally arrived, it didn't have aid, rather sidewinder missiles and 19 helicopters. And the flood of armed troops are hardly present in aid efforts, but rather moved to hold Haiti's airport - in which they've taken control of now.

    Uh-huh.

Look - I'll sum up whatever the documentary isn't going to say. HAARP is a complete waste of time. Weather control is largely out of our reach, with the possible exception of cloud seeding. The amount of energy which HAARP puts into the atmosphere is about as close to nothing as is possible - a small city does more to change the atmosphere than HAARP could ever do.
