    Hey, my hairs a bit dull and lifeless at the moment. Does this sort of thing actually help?

    maybe, probably not. if youre not too embarrased try some female shampoos, i fine herbal essences really good, nice body and shine, PLUS SMELLS AMAZING!

    I got this off a hair loss disscussion board, allot of them seem to think its quite good.

    yeah, but for £3 you never know, its a bit cheap to be a mircale worker. although used over time it mite do you good, however, you mite not need "thicking" you mite just need a bit of body and shine unless you are actually loosing your hair, herbal essences would be good for the body though. but shampoos are really made of the same stuff, nothing transforms youre look, if you have a girlfriend, shed appreciate the smell, if not then go for the mens one if you like. If you really want better hair you mite have to look at your diet as well as and not just the shampoo, high protein and fruit and veg does wonders for your hair
