Pretty sure it said to discuss the concerns of Privacy and security of data, not to talk about how to prevent it.

Help and support is fine though from what you wrote.

Personal Data - Data which is personally identifying data or sensitive data (Such as address, details etc)

Data Subject - The subject of Personal Data, eg Someone subscribing to a catalogue or something, giving their address/details away.

i wrote for the support and help - things such as search facility, hover function, user guide manual and helpdesk number really dont know
and for the privacy and secuirty i thought it wasnt asking how to ensure these but the concerns people had about these and so wrote about how secure data is being kept, the ability to buy data, data loss through transferring it and organisations keeping your data after you believe itis not in use e.g Facebook
personal data i said data about the data subject such as age, name, adress but not always including sensitive data (religious views etc.) and i wrote that a data subject was the person data is captured and processed about e.g myself answering a questionnaire on myself and my lifestyle
i really dont know :/ do these seem anywhere near correct?
