Right Student Finance are driving me crazy! I have been passed to so many different people that I have now hung up! Please can someone tell me:

Am I a new or continuing student? I am just finishing my degree and am going on to a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education course at a different Uni.

Also, will be entitlement be effected as I am getting married in August. In other words, will it go off my household rather than my parents.

My Fiancee and I have lived together for 2yrs. I am under 25.

Hope someone can help me out!!
    Thanks :-)

You will be a new student for your PGCE

    1. Apply now using your parents income

    2. After you get married submit a CO1 form, a PFF1 form completed by your new wife plus a copy of your marriage certificate to SFE

    3. SFE will then reassess your award based on your wife's income

    4. ?

    Phase 1: Collect Underpants
    Phase 2: ?
    Phase 3: Profit

No, it doesn't matter - as long as you are married before the start of the academic year you will be classed as independent.

And sorry for assuming you were the guy
