everytime i use a computer, the muscle in my right shoulder mostly around the shoulder blade/ joint gets really tight and i can feel a slight warm sensatian in the muscle and if you press the muscles it feels really solid compared to the other shoulder

do you reckon this could be a type of RSI? and anyone know of a good way to ease the pain? pain killers dont really work, my boyfriend usually massages it which works but i have trouble trying to do it myself!

I get something similar to this, but with a handful of other triggers as well. I would suggest either deep heat or deep freeze cream as they are both pretty good. Sometimes i find having a lie down for a bit, just 10 minutes or something, helps ease the pain off too. Hope this helps
