In ~6 weeks I'm going on vakay and it just occurred to me that I ought to get beach ready....
Now I know it's not alot of time to work with but i'm willing to put in as much effort as needed to get ^ better for beach.
One caveat.. I have no access to any free weights [or machines] until feb 6 (don't ask).
Any suggestions anybody?
I'm looking for some more definition and honestly a bit of bulk more but i'll take definition over bulk atm....
As I said... please help...!!!

well there's this diet called the chicken diet. I know someone who was on the chubby side and had a bit of a belly who went on this diet, and she got a 4 pack in 8 weeks!! Basically all you eat is chicken breast as it is very low in calories. But you dont eat it wirth gracy or anything. With the chicken you eat steamed vegetables. Also for breastfast she ate low calorie cereals, or brown bread with scramble egg as they are both low in calories. Along with that she quitted drinking as they have soo many calories. and she started to drink lots of water. She did 30 min jogging everyday and every otherday she did the fitness stuff to tone up. weights, stretches, sit ups and push ups. With determination you can get beach ready in 6 weeks hope it helps!!

Interval training with cardio. Follow a typical bodybuilding routine (or whatever you can manage with machines) and eat at least 100 or so grams of protein a day, eat no sugars, and eat carbohydrate only after working out and not before bed, and this will almost certainly be the fastest way you can lose fat. 6 weeks is not a lot of time.

6 weeks you won't see hardly any difference, get on a cycle or something if you're serious.

6 weeks? You're screwed, forget it. Way too late, you will simply be wasting your time and the aesthetic differences will be negligible. Try some cycling or intense cardio if you just want to feel a bit better, hey maybe you will notice some slight differences.
