Does anyone studying teaching have any views on how they will manage different learning behaviours in the primary classroom?

Learning behaviours as in people who are doing well, and others who are doing less well? How are you breaking down learning behaviours?

Apparently girls and boys learn differently, in that boys are more action and girls more language based. If this the case, pander to the learning slant. Depends on your analysis of behaviours tho.
