all the time!! always going for sweet food! apparently eating sweet food helps with period pains as well
So does sex, apparently, but to be honest when you're bloated, in pain (and obviously covered in chocolate, in my case lol) it's really the last thing on your mind!
Well, see, I read somewhere that you burn an extra few hundred calories a day when you're menstruating so I figure it cancels out! (it's probably complete *******s though, but shh)
haha same ive just had four pieces of toast, a packet of mccoys, a pot of natural yoghurt, a packet of noodles, a king size snickers....all in the space of an hour and a half...............what next, Im still soooo unfulfilled.....im getting bloated enough as it is
Yeah TOTALLY! My appetite sky-rockets at the TOTM! I have to console myself that it's only one week and I will make up for it by doing loads of exercise the next week! And you shouldn't weigh yourself during your peroid anyway so all the more reason to bring out the Galaxy lol!
Is it just me, or do you find yourself RAVENOUS for a day or so before you get your period? I feel like the cookie monster just now!
i don't know if there is anything to do with it...but i'm probably having my period in the next few days or so (?!) and i feel so hungry all day. well...it might also be the fact that i had boxing lesson today.
but then...i already ate some papaya, a tuna bun, an apple, and some soup...but i'm STILL hungry!! and i know this is not a binge...but actual REAL hunger.
*bleh* i'll just go sleep and hope the hunger would pass away.
