Hello.. I have a question about the loan. When I am supposed to claim for the loan? Do I have to do it once I meet all the requirements or should I claim for it afterward? I am an international student and I need to pass an IELTS test. So maybe in this case I should first pass an IELTS and then claim for the loan? Thank you!

Student loans through Student Finance England are only for UK students and some EU students

I doubt if you will be eligible for any loans, sorry.

Start applying now, if you've had your offers through.
At least, that's what we had to do; although all of my offers were provisional, I applied ASAP. Should anything change (you don't get into the course you're applying for, or you've changed courses or universities or anything) you just have to inform them.
