Skinny but flabby chest? *vomit inducing pics* watch

    Okay, so im 5 foot 8 and just over 10 stones, but my stomach is so flabby :mad: i actually have crease marks which from a distance might give the impression i have a six pack :rolleyes: fml..

    Is there any exercises I can do to tone it down?? should i join a gym? i've never been before and don't have the confidence to go alone :o:
    wat types of foods should i start eating? i dont want to start losing weight from the rest of my body...any help?

    Do some cardio...running, cycling, swimming as for diet, don't eat sugary foods or fatty junk food. I'm sure you knew all that. :dice:

    Eat more lean meat and protein.
    Exercise, especially things like cycling, swimming, weights... all good.

    your skinny ft, becuase you have very little muscle, so increase your protein and weights, and increase your complex carbs to fuel those workouts, you will need the strength.
