Kind of in the wrong place, but I'm in the middle of my foundation at Farnham right now.
Basically, the interview is pretty informal - take your portfolio in and they'll ask to look through it, talk to you about your interests and inspirations, probably ask in detail about a few pieces that catch their eye. My interview ended up as a casual conversation about Hitchcock films towards the end, it just felt like a chat down the pub tbh.
One thing I will say is that while the course is very good, it's a lot more fast paced than most of the foundation courses in the country - don't take a place on it if you're genuinely absolutely clueless what area you'd like to specialise in because you have to start trying decide that about a month and a half into the course.

I had mine for Graphics Comm in late March and it was an odd interview. She flicked through my work as we talked about how terrible my old collage was and by the end of it she got into an in depth conversation about Adobe Illustrator and seemingly skimmed past a chunk of my portfolio which was a lot of my proper project work. I'm not complaining I still go in, was just very.. disheartening knowing she may not of seen as much as they wanted.
Compared to my Maidstone one it was very 'Informal' as they state.
