Unless you still get periods when your pregnant then i'm sure. Its not like a big hideous fat belly or anything its just a small small bump as if i was like 2 or 3 months pregnant. But you can't notice it unless you seen me without trousers on (not that you'd want to lol) cos its covered by them.

could be a magical pregnancy lol. so its basically something that doesnt really get into public view apart from in the bedroom? its up to you really though, if you're getting down because of it then surely it would be best just to tone that area at the gym or something?

I seem to have a similar problem :frown: Or maybe it's just that I'm never happy with how I look and it's all just a fabrication  Anyways, I don't really have alot of time to work with. Could you solve this problem by just doing crunches and such everyday? Or do you also need real exercise (ie jogging, swimming, etc)

tip one, stop wearing those low rise jeans and high bottomed shirts that you like so much, they bring extra attention to your belly.

tip 2: it's just fat. Try not drinking so much cider and yes, doing some sit ups.
tip 3: sounds like a beer gut - be proud

500 is a lot - don't start on that many or you'll kill yourself.

Make sure you do them properly, just using your stomach muscles (i.e. you don't need to sit all the way up)
If it doesn't seem like flab, and is quite hard when you touch it, then you're bloated - not fat. Don't do sit-ups, these won't help at all...you need to change your diet. You may have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) which leads to indigestion, stomach cramps, bloating, constipation etc... the symptoms differ from time to time. It's really common - something like 1 in 5 adults in the UK suffer from IBS.

If it gets to be a big problem, go and see your doctor who will prescribe you with tablets to stop the bloating.

Please be careful of giving out diagnoses on here - it's possible she has IBS but it's also quite unlikely that she does unless there are other symptoms aside from the bloating. It might be water retention for any reason.

500 isn't that much

like if she's just starting with sit ups then she can do 500 - just not all at once (which she won't be able to do anyway). Just break it up with lots of rests inbetween - like do some in the morning, some in the afternoon and then some in the evening. Just doing 20 a day will not get you anywhere I would think...
