I've not had any excess amounts of alcohol since about 2 weeks ago.

I have the same things, for hours after I ate. When you wake up in the morning and you're hungry, it's flat. Sit ups etc won't help, it's just bloated, looking like you're 3 months pregnant but it's food/water. No biggie.

and also telling myself every day that wen i start uni this year i *will* do lots of running so it goes haha.

. Its not fat or anything its just a sort of small bump forming lower down on my stomach. Its really scary actually
Anyone know how to get rid of it or what would cause it?

I jogged on an incline for half an hour and did 30 crunches and boy am I whooped
