My girlfriend recently sent off her UCAS to her universities, and has been given a rejection from Derby.

This is because their minimum entry requirements require grade C in maths (or key skills).

She's currently doing her key skills, but forgot to add it into the qualifications.

What advice can i give her? Apart from just ringing UCAS which she's going to do when she gets home.

Is there anything she can do? I understand that Derby probably can't withdraw their rejection and reconsider but i'm unsure , and she's still waiting for an reply from 4 other universities.

    Thanks

Call Derby and UCAS and put the record straight. They may well reconsider. And don't forget the other institutions she applied to.

Might be too late for Derby, but get her to tell UCAS/the universities before the others make the same decision.
