Hey.
Recently I've been feeling slowed down and have also been suffering from insomnia (I literally sleep an hour a night).
Everything seems to be on a repeat, I can't remember which day it is when I wake up and I just don't see the point in doing any of the things I have been doing all my life.
I was wondering if any of you have ever felt this and would love it if you could give meh' some more information.
Thanks.

I do, but then again I'm manic depressive
Not sure if its just me, but when I'm in a depressed state I normally sleep more,,though true occasionally have to cry myself to sleep. Its when I'm manic my insomnia hits, then I don't sleep for 4 days -

Probably related to lack of sleep more than necessarily depression. Try Nytol, and if that doesn't help see your doctor for help with the insomnia.

The lack of sleep really won't help any of that.
You should see a dr. about this. If it's depression, you could get some help, but the lack of sleep thing could also be investigated to see if it's anything really serious. -

Try Nytol.
I've tried so many different concoctions it's ridiculous, but I will try Nytol.
Thank you. -

Islam has the answer, you should look into it and read the Qur'an in English. Also check this guy out:

Beer + Syndol.
Discovered this by accident. Never had the desire to sleep so much in my whole life. -

That might be because Syndol has codeine in it, which can be fatal if mixed with alcohol. -

If you have to ask your not, at least not in any medical or real sense of the word. Feeling sad is not depression btw, it's something that needs to be diagnosed by a doctor and strictly medicated.
Just take something to make you sleep lol.
