    TL;DR

You're under 18 and under 21. Thats why you get paid less.

I'm 18 and get paid £4.50 an hour and I work on Saturdays. Consider yourself lucky you get paid more.

As to the snow, unless you have a contract specifying that they will pay you if you cannot make it in due to circumstances beyond your control they do not have to pay you.

I don't get a Christmas bonus and I've been working there almost two years. It's up to your emloyer whether or not you get a bonus and many do not give bonuses at all.

D does 'properly' work there. I suppose she would now be considered seasonal staff, but before that she worked 1-2 years in a position probably similar to yours. If you had a contract, so would D, and hers would probably cover most of those overtime hours in the holidays (ie you would just not be offered them).

It might not seem fair, but that's the way it is. If you need overtime that badly I would suggest looking for a different parttime job.

Seeing as none of you even have contracts I don't think they have to pay you holiday pay etc. Not entirely sure on this though.
