I doubt it's official - I think it's one Oxforddata have produced.

Are all the results even out yet? Or just the vast majority?

Meh! *shoves Corpus up the list*

I'm surprised how 'unfixed' the table is each year - apart from a couple of frontrunners, the table couldn't be much more different to last year.

OK. Cam someone explain how this works? Clearly they aren't percentages, and are these based solely on Finals results? So many questions! So much confusion.

you get 5 for a first, 3 for a 2.1, 2 for a 2.2, 1 for a third, 0 for a pass

then the percentage is how much a college got out of the possible max from their students

but I doubt this is official - there are a lot of people have their names omitted from the list so this won't be complete.

The last year's positions aren't even from the revised table that became available last year

It says "LHM and HM, which admits only mature students,..." - so it is correct, even if it could have been less ambiguously phrased.

I suppose that's one argument for the comma before "and," as ugly as it looks.

Yes. Come join LMH.

Anyway, with the amount of movement on this table, wouldn't it be more effective if the table evaluated results across the past 10 years? It'd both make fluke down-years and fluke good-years have less impact, but it would allow for improvement.

Do you worry that your nickname at LMH is gonna be "Brainiac", Scott?

I suppose that's one up from "Phil's mate" :p:

Well, actually looking at the numbers, more of them get 1sts than 2.2s or 3s combined, so I hardly think they'll all be dim.

I suppose that's one way of rationalising the statistics!

I could petition for the uni to bring back the fourth class for when/if Phil arrives in town.

Pembroke has shown quite a huge improvement. A bit shocked about ChCh though.
