In GCSEs coursework+exam results are added together to get a final grade right?
    Let's say I wanted an A*
Could I get one by getting 3A'S (with moduals and coursework)?
or would I need a higher % of A*s than As?
    If that makes sense....?

You'd need at least one rather high A* to get one over all.

Coursework and exam results are added together for the final result, but the marks are scaled in order to achieve the correct weightings. This is because different aspects of the assessment contribute varying perventages towards the final mark. In most subjects (except practical courses), the bulk of the assessment is generally weighted towards the final exam.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
