I'm a decent size bodyweight but my face has always been incredibly thin and guant looking. Its also very long which often prompts my mum to say I look like a horse (i have nice parents).
The two things I hate most are that I have severely pronounced nasolabial folds, and very hollow undereyes. It just ages me weirdly, having a healthy looking body and then the face of a pensioner. I've read about fillers but I'd definately want something more permanent, would implants be a good idea in the long run?
I have tried everything else and I'm becoming fed up of having to wear makeup to "attempt" to disguise these areas (I'm a guy, it doesn't help!)

Go to a meeting with a plastic surgeon and ask them.
