    Your time at school together
How you've changed since then (hairstyles, fashion, music tastes)
What you're up to now, Uni etc
Your love life, are you seeing anyone?
    Your hobbies, sports, activities
Do you enjoy socialising? Tell her about what you get up to with your friends
Talk about her, ask her questions
    Talk about your families
    Reminisce about the past
Talk about others in your class, are you still friends with them, do you know where they went/what they're up to?
Talk about the future, what you plan to do, what your dreams are
Talk about current affairs, TV, news, films

There really is a wealth of things to talk about...

An idea: If its possible meet up to go somewhere. I always find that conversation of a sorts seems to flow much freer when I am walking with someone or doing something.

I think if you just relax it'll come easily. In fact, you'll have more to talk about as you haven't seen each other in so long, and have so much to talk about. Perhaps take the same approach as you would to someone you don't know.
