    See:
    Liberalism.
    Social contract theory.
    Kantianism.
    Universal prescriptivism.

You have to say what makes a being morally un-equal, why that criteria is valid, and that it should be implemented into society.
According to Social contract theory from Hobbes and Gautier (I think I spelt that right) we have equality as a result of self interest.

    You are right OP.

Many thoughts and pressure groups to fight the natural rule that is inequality. Marxists and socialists have emphasised the difficulty of proletarian life in attempt to make it fairer. Feminists have emphasised the inequality of women in the current function of society. Anti-racists have fought slavery and the oppression of African-Americans in the USA. All have done good to fight what is unfair and unequal with some even gaining votes for the oppressed.

However equality remains an unobtainium. It is an impossible concept. It would fit in well to a Utopia. Though it will never become real.

We have advantages and disadvantages in life that will keep the world unequal, whether it is money, skin colour, gender, physique or attractiveness it will benefit some and incapacitate others at the same time.

A man becomes a powerful oil merchant in the middle east because he is a man while in the same country a woman is charged for being raped.

An attractive woman uses her good looks and body to be photographed for lads mags and this earns her a fortune while an unattractive person in the same country faces lifelong loneliness, depression and low self-esteem.

A man is born into aristocracy ready to become a Lord and live in a hall of his own with unlimited wealth until he dies with many ladies at his choice. In the same country a man is born on a council estate with deprivation he can't escape and poor education which leads him nothing to turn to except a life of crime and ill-health.

All these things happen every second.

Things are unequal. Things are the way they are. I wish they weren't but they are.

'All men are born equal' - Not only thinly veiled sexism, but a fundamentally flawed fallacy. A fallacy which built the modern developed world.

Everybody knows that this is a lie, an ideological human creation, that does not even exist in our minds. You meet people and you subconsciously, or perhaps consciously for some, judge them and subsequently place them in the appropriate strata of our shared hierarchy. We label them according to race, class, intelligence, attractiveness etc. So we may put them in their place.

We perpectuate this pretense of equality only to satisfy our self declared moral superiority over our animal counterparts. Morality is a luxury that is soon forgotten in times of desperation. We are nothing but pretentious beasts, denying our very nature, in the interest of our self importance.

We can now all vote, regardless of all labels. The vote transcends race, breed, creed, intellect, age, gender and class. Those we vote for however, remain an elite society, the 'political class'. They tell us we are all equal, while they wallow in the miasma our their own self importance.

How many descendants of immigrant dinner ladies have trodden the floors of the houses of parliament, in a context other than that of the wandering tourist or humble cleaner, I wonder. If we are all equal, why do the same aristocratic families dominate our leadership? David Cameron is descended from royalty and he will soon rule great Britain, just as his ancestors did before him.

The laws of nature shaped us and they did not make us equal. Nature has no agenda, no intention and no morality. The rules are simple, the strong survive while the weak die. Survival requires no selflessness and no equality, thus no such selflessness or equality exists. We are animals and it's time we stopped denying our nature.
    Amen comprende xD

We are all born equal, it's what we do in our lives that shapes us and causes inequalities between classes,
Why are you able to order a pizza from your PC while people in third world countries struggle to find food and water?

Why are your chances of becoming the next in line for the throne zero?

All people were not born equal, and never will be. However, people are born to equalize, meaning they will strive to do as much as is possible to improve their living standards.

Superiority is subjective, I can judge it how I like. How exactly do you judge superiority then?
I only use the word superior, when talking about certain things, but definitely not people.

No they're not superior as human beings. They're more effecient to society. That is all. You can't say that a person is superior to another just because of that.
    Why not?

All high class people are superior to chavs/scrotes.

They're both human beings that's why. They're just more well off than chavs. Also chavs don't have much money and live in council flats for a very long time.

    Completly correct point
however, I do disagree with "not denying our nature". I belive we must at the very least TRY to see each other as equals.

Chavs contribute nothing of note to society, which is why people exist. or this reason, they're a lesser rank of human beings.

So if you were stood next to a crack dealing paedophile with minimal education who has scrounged benefits all his life (in between stints in prison) and a gunman is infront of you saying "i need to kill one of you. Which of you ist the better human in all honesty" you would say "neither of us is superior, we're both equal.

    rubbish.

This whole concept of people being equal is balls. PC balls (the worst sort).
Its semi-communist stuff that gives people an excuse to not try and better themselves.
