No because we have a sufficient number of computers.

In my house we are always arguing over who uses the internet. Does anyone else hasve this problem.

Me and my sister are the worst though!

eh, no, cause I'm the only one here and when my dad's here then that's no problem because he has the firm's laptop and an internet cable of his own too.

but me and my sister used to fight too sometimes. normally we'd just set a time limit - like, she can use it for one hour, but then I'd get to use it after that for an hour etc.

We resolved our fights and take turns every other day. The rule is that your 'net night' begins at 7pm so if the other person has work to do for the next day, they've got the opportunity.

Reply 5

Nope because it's only little old me. And we have broadband, and more than one pc. xx

Reply 6

yeah me and my brother and sister argue all the time over who's turn it is on the computer!

Reply 7

Nope, me and my dad are the only ones who use computers in my house and we both have our own.

Yep, don't worry it's not just you, I usually recieve a quick dig in the back from my brother to get off...and he's younger than me

That said I'm the only one still in education so I get priority...guess that doesn't mean over the Summer though :frown:

No, we have broadband, a wireless router and 4 computers. I remember about 8 years ago we used to argue though.

We used to have this problem, my dad set AOL parental controls so it gave us 1 hour each per day (between 3 kids) and we couldn't go online after bedtimes, e.g. 9, 10, and 11pm!! Before that we had written timetables, or just me and my brother were allowed 5 hours each per day, which parents monitored.

Now we have 5 computers with internet access so we're all good

I was super-glad the day I got my computer in my room.

Reply 14

Reply 15

Not anymore, i used to though when there was only one computer and we had dial up, but now we got another computer and broadband so there is enough to go around. Plus we now have all day to go on instead of just after 6pm

It used to be quite bad, but now we have more PC's than there are actually people. 2 laptop, 2 PC's and a PDA all of which connect to the broadband.

Solves no end of problems!

well we ve got 3 comps.i ve got my own. eachone has the internet through the router. however at the moment we ve got only 512kb speed, which is ****. and when i try to play games online, the speed gets ****, if someone uses internet. So I just disconnect their cable, since the router is in my room.hahahahahahahaha.then i make a stupid face and say that i was tidying up in my room and accidently touched the ethernet cable. thanks god we are getting soon 8mb wireless bulldog.
