At the end of year 10 (this year) I'm transferring schools, in the middle of my GCSE's.
    What will happen?
    Thanks.

For the subjects with the same exam board there should be no problem. You may be entered for a different exam for the subjects with different exam boards, of they may be transferable I think.

If possible DO NOT DO IT!!! I started year 11 after living abroad during year 10 and it's pretty crap.. there will be different exam boards, different coursework allready covered/not covered, exams allready completed, etc. etc. It really is a pain..

    I did this
It depends really, you'll probably just continue with whatever subjects you're taking at the moment, but when I moved, I dropped some and picked up new ones. Your new school may well use different exam boards for some subjects, so the topics might be a little different, and you'll have to work extra hard, but it's not so bad...

Will I have to start the courses again?

You won't have to start the courses again because there will not be enough time to do so. One of my friends did this and they were given photocopied notes, but they later transfered back again. If you have already taken modular exams, then these results can be carried forward to a different exam board. This will need to be done by your school.
