    Yo
    Basically;
    I'm an 18year old girl.
    5'1"
    48kg (I think that's abouuut 7st 8lbs??)
Is it true that it's harder to lose a few last pounds as opposed to someone a lot larger losing a few stones?
Because I can't seem to lose any weight or get my stomach toned.
I'm aiming to lose about 5lbs.
What foods should I try to eat?
I don't want to do this unhealthily so I make sure I have breakfast and all my meals and stufff.
How about if I just make my meals smaller?
What foods should I cut out??
...as you can see, I'm a bit stuck...

& exercise-wise - what have people found effective?
I currently have a 3 hour jog once-a-week. ...too little?? I can't afford to join a gym so what else is there I can do (for free)??

Any help would be appreciated.. :woo:

obviously don't cut out fruit and veg thats just retarded.

and you seem pretty light already. and as you do quite a bit of excercise already and you aparantly eat well i don't see that as a problem.

i'd say if you are having trouble with your stomach, you may be lacking core muscles so i'd concentrate on sorting those out

drink loads of water - it helps massively cos your hunger for food is cut down so you tend to eat less and its good for you

Ohhh, I didn't meant to write about cutting fruit and veg out!
....I just read through it now and I really don't know why I wrote that.
    ...weird.

Stop doing 3 hours of jogging in one go and run for an hour 3 days a week, at a higher intensity.

I'm naturally quite a petite short person with small bones. ...so 48kg shows up quite a lot

    awwwwwwwwww,

    ok small changes, don't jog....run!
maybe mix it up with high intensity interval training.
google ross training, he's got some pretty cool stuff you can do with dumbbells..

take in protein, healthy fats(nut, o oil, the like) and complex carbs....etc...this 'toned' look you're wanting isn't going to come from 3 jogs...

BUT SERIOUSLY....48kg? I can put you over my head if i wanted MUHAHAHAHA

EDIT: oh wait, it's a 3 hour jog? :lolwut:
