Confused! 6 or 12 unit awards?!

Okayy, what does this mean?! I'm doing 1 A Level in college this year and got a B and a C at a level last year.
Someone explain this? It says i have a conditional offer.
The bit you really need to know - because you already have a B and a C (180 points together) you only need an E (40 points) or better to meet the offer.

One A-level is 6 units, some other stuff is 12 units, but don't worry about that.

Yes, as long as all three A-levels you mentioned are (or will be) complete A-levels and not just an AS level.
